The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is by using your Patient Access account:
This shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also:
- Bring the paper form to the Practice, when we are open.
- Phone our 24/7 dedicated answering machine on 01475 884310. Leave your name, date of birth, contact number and the medication you require, plus the name of your Pharmacy.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests by email.
